BB storm 9530 red light only..done by freesoft.

PROBLEM:
BB 9530 redlight blingking only
CAUSE:
It just happen...customer's said.
then proceed to the
PROCEDURE:
1st download decktop manager
https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/Downloads/contactFormPreload.do?code=A8BAA56554F96369AB93E4F3BB068C22&dl=A2C0D61EB187AB3AFD247A852FAD3647
2nd download the firmware 9530
https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/Downloads/browseSoftware.do;jsessionid=E1DF57BD863BE8161ACAE5483412BD5D.node1
NOTE:
this link need not to click...you have to copy and put it to the URL address to download the software.
if you already have the desktop and the software, escape the 1st and 2nd procedure and proceed like this....
make sure your battery is good and fully charged
3rd just follow that goes whats in the pictures tell.
